We stand behind the integrity of our materials and workmanship. Every Zylo hydration product is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Performance is not seasonal.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail under normal, intended use.
Examples may include:
● Insulation failure (product no longer maintains temperature performance)
● Structural failure due to a manufacturing defect
● Mechanical engagement defects in modular components
If a qualifying defect is confirmed, Zylo will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Proof of purchase may be required.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
● Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, dents)
● Accidental damage (drops, impact damage)
● Improper use or misuse
● Modifications or alterations
● Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
Normal wear over time is expected with daily use and is not considered a defect.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at:

You may be asked to provide:
● Proof of purchase
● Photos or video of the issue
● A description of how the product was used
Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for replacement.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the original product. In others, we may
request return of the item for inspection.
Replacement products are covered under the same Lifetime Warranty.
