At ZYLO Collections, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Window
All ZYLO products come with a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within this timeframe, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange.
Warranty Coverage (Up to 6 Months)
After the 30-day return window, products may still be eligible for replacement within 6 months of purchase if a manufacturing defect is identified. Proof of the defect (such as photos or video) may be required to process the replacement.
Please note:
*This warranty does not cover user error, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
*Warranty claims made after 6 months from the purchase date will not be accepted.
