Do your bottles come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy and a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from drops, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Are Zylo bottles insulated?

Yes! All Zylo bottles are double-wall vacuum insulated to keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Are your bottles BPA-free and safe?

Yes. All Zylo bottles are made from food-grade, BPA-free stainless steel and silicone to ensure the highest safety standards.

What is the Expansion Kit and how does it work?

Our Expansion Kit includes a 16oz Cozy Cup plus 8oz and 16oz screw-on attachments. Simply twist on an expansion to turn your bottle into a 24oz or 32oz—making it a true 3-in-1 system for every lifestyle.

Are Zylo bottles dishwasher safe?

Yes, everything Zylo is dishwasher safe! However, we recommend hand-washing for longevity, and to avoid clanking with other dishes.

Can I customize my bottle with a logo or name?

Absolutely. We offer laser engraving for logos, names, and text on any of our bottles. Great for teams, businesses, and events. Reach out to our team for bulk or custom orders.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your bottles completely leakproof?

While not all Zylo bottles are leakproof by default, any bottle paired with our signature Straw Lid has been rigorously tested and has passed all industry-standard leakproof evaluations. However, due to potential misuse or unforeseen accidents, we cannot legally guarantee 100% leakproof performance in all situations.

Can Zylo bottles go in the freezer or microwave?

No. Do not place your bottle in the freezer or microwave. The double-wall insulation can be damaged, and metal components are not microwave-safe.

Is Zylo legally responsible for damages?

Zylo Collections is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of our products—whether due to misuse, unforeseen circumstances, or potential product defects. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to release Zylo Collections from any and all liability, regardless of fault.
