Are Zylo products insulated?
Yes. All Zylo hydration products feature double-wall vacuum insulation designed to maintain beverage temperature for extended periods. Cold beverages stay cold for up to 24 hours. Hot beverages remain hot for up to 12 hours. Performance may vary depending on usage conditions.
Are Zylo products BPA-free and food safe?
Yes. All Zylo products are manufactured using food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free silicone components. Material selection is guided by purity, durability, and long-term safety standards.
Are Zylo bottles leakproof?
Products designed with our secure lid systems are engineered and tested for leak-resistant performance under normal use. Proper assembly and secure lid engagement are essential to ensure optimal sealing performance. No hydration product can guarantee absolute performance in every possible misuse scenario, but Zylo designs are tested to meet rigorous leak-resistance standards.
What is the 3-in-1 Expansion Kit?
The 3-in-1 Expansion Kit is a modular hydration system engineered for adaptable capacity. It begins as a 16oz base and includes 8oz and 16oz attachments that allow expansion to 24oz or 32oz as needed. Each component is precision-engineered for secure alignment and stable performance across configurations.
Are Zylo products dishwasher safe?
Zylo products are dishwasher safe. For long-term preservation of exterior finish and material integrity, hand washing is recommended.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Zylo products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer a 30-day return policy. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, drops, or normal wear and tear. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team and we will evaluate the situation promptly.
Can I customize my product with a logo or name?

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery generally arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Can I place my bottle in the freezer or microwave?
No.
Do not place Zylo products in the freezer or microwave. Double-wall insulation can be damaged by freezing, and stainless steel components are not microwave safe.
