MOQs?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 10 units. We typically prefer order quantities to increase in increments of 5 (15, 20, 25, etc.), but we're happy to be flexible depending on your project. Every custom order is unique, and we'll work with you to find the best solution for your needs.ontent
Turnaround Time?
Most custom orders are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Because all customization is done in-house, we're able to offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry while maintaining exceptional quality.

Artwork Requirements?
Artwork requirements are minimal. Whether you have a finished logo or just an idea, our team can help create the perfect design.
Most logos are laser engraved or color printed on the center front of the product for the best appearance, but we can also accommodate custom placements. Laser engraving is our most popular option thanks to its premium look, durability, and consistently high-quality results.
Shipping?
Customers typically pay for shipping on custom orders, but we always work to provide the best and most cost-effective rates available. In some cases, customers may qualify for free shipping through special promotions or if they are local to our headquarters.
Packaging?
While we typically do not offer specialized gift wrapping, every custom order comes packaged in a premium ZYLO retail box designed to provide a professional, high-end presentation right out of the box. Each product is retail wrapped and includes UPC labels on both the box and the base of the bottle, making it ideal for gifting, retail displays, events, and giveaways.
